Stretch More - I used to be like pretty flexible in middle school, had both my splits pretty good. But i’ve stopped stretching like completely and it’s definitely going away. Definitely can’t do left split anymore, & i’m losing right pretty fast. :( Goal by the end of the year - have both splits, plus almost middle, plus stretch my back a lot too.
